Vacation With Rebecca is a Travel blog dedicated to helping moms(and anyone else) find joy and strength is taking adventures with a Mobility Struggle and chronic illness.
Here on vacation With Rebecca, I believe in Strength, Perseverance, Joy, Adventure, and Living A Full Life. I think people sometimes think when you hit a certain age or have limited mobility you can no longer have fun. That you have to grow up and accept your limitations. I believe getting older is a given but growing up is optional hence my love of Travel, Music, Books, and yes even Disney.
As you look around, you will see I write a lot about Disney it’s not just the happiest place on earth it’s my happy place. My dream is to travel the world. To sip tea in England, view art in Paris, listen to music at the Sydney Opera House, and visit every Disneyland from coast to coast. Oh, and did I mention I want to sail the high seas?
I dream these dreams knowing I can do it all while living with Chronic Illness. I refuse to let my illness define me and instead, I want to live life to the fullest taking on one adventure at a time.
So I bring you my hopes, my dreams, and my love of life and I do it with a touch of Pixie Dust.
